Question win 10 debloat

I think Your problem is hardware is struggling to do what you want it to do. I have already said it above. potentially single channel ram won't feed the cpu the info it wants as fast as dual can, and only having 2 cores/4 threads to play with can mean PC is sitting around trying to complete the tasks for you.

A desktop I7 from the same generation had twice as many threads (4 cores, 8 threads) and likely dual channel ram and easily copes with windows 10. You don't need much to run chrome and the desktop, my pc is only using 5 threads at most to run windows at idle, and most of those aren't very active. Average speed of all threads is 215mhz

A newer PC with dual channel memory and more cores would do what you want much faster. No need to look at windows. turning parts of windows off isn't a long term solution to your problem. That only slows windows down more as it has to turn on parts you have disabled or it just crashes as its missing parts it expects to be there.

Adding that ssd didn't help. You probably noticed, problem wasn't there.
