Question Win 10 fresh install won't boot

Hey guys just did a fresh install on to a like new WD blue 1tb and it won't boot I wiped the drive completely tried repairing it with the windows tool. We also tried it with a Samsung evo 860.
Using
AMD fx 8350
WD or Samsung ssd (only one plugged in at a time)
And a m5a99fx pro r2.0
Any other questions I'll try to respond to

Oh it's not sensing it as a boot drive

When you install windows on a drive, you should be sure to wipe the drive of any partitions and start completely with a blank drive.

Also, unplug any other drives, so you don't get them mixed up.
