[SOLVED] Win 10 mouse delay

For some time now I have had a slight mouse delay. I started to notice it after upgrading from Pentium G4400 to I5-7400. Not sure if it's somehow due to the upgrade. I have tried to fix it but haven't had any luck yet. Could you help me please?

Try adjusting your mouse delay settings as follows: Type Windows key + R, then type in control keyboard. That will take you to the mouse delay settings.
