Win 10 Refresh help

Ive got some new components coming in the mail (CPU & MOBO)

Im looking for some help in to the files i need to keep from my C drive,
Im wanting to reinstall win 10 for that new pc feel

My pc as it is now is crashing & Blue screening quite a bit and hoping i don't bring unwanted files over.

Just refresh with keeping personal files. Other things depand on what you do with your PC, which software you've installed and only you can know what must be kept. Also make sure you sync your browser settings and bookmarks or save them manually.
