[SOLVED] Win 11 and the Ryzen performance

Since moving to Windows 11 , I feel my Ryzen 5900X is working harder than it did under 10. Idle temps are higher, no real issues with thermals, but idle use and clock speed seem higher.

Is Windows 11 demanding more from the CPU than 10 ? Or is it still suffering with Ryzen issues ? I know they patched the initial issues, but maybe a few more patches down the road and it will be a bit more "optimized"

it doesn't feel any different to 10 was on my 3600XT.

Did you grab newest chipset drivers after swapping?

Windows 11 has some problem issues with AMD Cpus, they said they have solved this problem with recent updates so keep in mind to update your windows 11 to the latest version, i hope it helps you (but I don't think it would as i have the same problem with my Ryzen 3400g lol)
