[citation][nom]spanky deluxe[/nom] I do use it as a tool - probably the best value tool I ever bought.[/citation]

The biggest, overpriced, piece of crap you can buy....

heh if you buy a version of vista from now until they quit selling it you get a free upgrade to an equivalent version of 7 coupon

[citation][nom]cobot[/nom]That was a good comparison. Comparing a home-built desktop system with a high-quality design laptop makes perfect sense! /irony-mode off[/citation]

if you had common sense, and hadn't bothered with "irony" then you wouldve realized that a top of the line desktop is cheaper than their lowest end laptop, never mind their "workstation" desktops, which are even more outrageously priced

Wasn't allowing 3 installs from the same license already in the license before? Of course I am the one who uses all of the computers in my home, it's just a coincidence that others also use them. I have and use multiple computers.
If I have only one computer and a single person license, is it wrong for someone else to use my computer? Is it wrong that me and my brother only buy one game but share it between eachother?

[citation][nom]B-Unit[/nom]Wait, how much did you pay for your hardware again?Tool[/citation]

Buying pre-built systems from any company is expensive. How much does a 1TB 3.5" HDD in a workstation from Apple cost? $500. How much from HP? $500. It's no different.

When it comes to laptops, you're going to pay what they want no matter what. Home building laptops isn't always cheaper, as it is for the desktop market.
