Win 7 makeing like xp help

found it kind of, ctrl shift escape

i use crtl alt delete because the way i use the computer, fro most people it wouldnt be a big change... but damn does that change the way i have to use the computer, and im not being sarcastic.

ok found it again for "Cascade, Tile Windows Horizontally, and Tile Windows Vertically"

it was a simple process that i used every day in xp, and it was in vista too, but got taken out in favor of areo snap, which i find annoying, instead of being able to simpley right click and tile the program i want, i have to go to task manager, ctrl click the programs than tile them... looking to see if there is a fix, or something i can change to remedy thing, but i have little hope at this point.
