Question win 7 restart problems

Hello to everyone
I have had a problem for some time and it is that the pc (win7 OS) restarts around 10 times before the load screen show up.I bought new ram memory (2x2GB ddr2 ) because i read somewhere that this can solve the problem, but it's not from the ram because the problem remained.So my question is can it be from hdd, because my one is around 8-9 years old (western digital 500gb) or is from something else ?

Please list your full PC specs. Include CPU/GPU, MOBO/RAM/PSU/HDD.

It's possible it's the HDD. Yes. It's also possible it's something else.

CPU : Intel Celeron E3200 2.4GHz
GPU : None ( Intel(r) g33/g31 express chipset family)
MOBO : Biostar G31-D-M7
RAM : DDR2 2x2GB Samsung (4gb in total)
PSU : Power Box ATX 500W
HDD : Western Digital Blue 500GB
