Win 7 ssd optimasation.. whats needed and what not?

Hello,

Ive installed my first ssd yesterday. I installed a crucial mx100 @ 256 gb. I have a 1.5 tbb hardrive next to it and 8 gb ram.

For now i have installed all windows updates all drivers etc, stopped indexing, defrag schedule and hibernation.

Tho some things remain from all the ssd optimasation guides i find (even toms).

Things like pagefile do i need to shrink it to 1024 or just keep it normal or off?..
And system restore do i need to put that off and if i do that what happens?.. better said when and what does it do.

Prefetch and superfetch and windows search/ superfetch are not touched as well atm.. do i need to disable some of these as well? like windows search...?

Normally you could keep a HDD on the system and put the swap and system restore files on the HDD so it doesn't eat up the SSD.

i have a hdd next to it tho i have read that it is not possible to change the system restore points file to a different partition.
