i try to install win7 ultimate 64bit and when the installation was done, computer restarted as normal. but then it restart itself every few seconds. My screen is black.

I tried to install 32bit and it worked perfectly fine, but i have 8 gb of RaM so I need 64bit.
My PCU os i5 4430 and is 64bit capable

Solution
I have no idea why can't it boot up in x64 since your components are all fit for that (or so it seems).

I guess you could try and download Windows 7 x64 online and using your legitimate key. The CD might be scratched or something, no idea.
Have you removed the DVD? It shouldn't stay in a loop but it might be detecting it was installing Windows and attempts to continue the process when the DVD starts loading.

Also, it doesn't POST or anything? Just pure black?

It POSTed before the windows 7 installation, correct?

Try shutting down the computer in the back and then unplugging the SATA cable from the HDD, then attempt to boot up the computer.

If it doesn't work, unplug the SATA cables from all HDDs (if you have multiple) and attempt to boot up again.

i unpluged sata cables, but now it just say that it didnt detect any bootable device or something like that.
yes, before installation it posted and even when completely inStalled it showed desktop (weird resolution) for 10 seconds. Then it showed shutting down, computer shutted down, and it wont boot

At least we now know the problem was because of the HDD for sure (you could've had the bad luck of a component burning up at the same time, huge coincidence).

Insert the installation DVD once again, format the drive (or the partition) and attempt to boot again. Something got corrupted. Also, while re-installing make sure to erase the 100mb partition: that's where the boot information is stored.

Just one short beep? Usually means "everything is good, booting up!", although it means that RAM is failing in some BIOS versions (why the hell would they make those the same code, one beep should've been universal code for everything's good).

Unseat and reseat your RAM, it's as easy as taking it out (while the computer is off in the back) and placing it back into the slots.

when i turned it on there is a quite loud, short beep, that all desktop computers do. But then after few seconds there is a different, short beep, not as loud as first.
I think that its coming from motherboard
It also do a normal sounds as any other pc does, nothing unusual, exept for the second beep
i aLso reinstall RAM but it is not working either.
