[ New Win-7-Ult OS just installed ]

Win 7 Ult Updates offers around 35 different language Packs, many all-in-one-multi-language-related updates, and 1 or more IE-11-multi-language-pack updates, all as optional. It says on some of the the LP info pages that if you install them after installing some other kinds of updates, that those other updates will have to be installed again.

So I want to just go ahead and install, All: "35 language packs," all-in-one-multi-language-related-updates," and any IE-11-multi-language-pack-updates, along with all of the other security, recommended, and optional updates.

Is it ok just for convenience during the New-OS installation and full-update process, to install "All" or even "any" of the Language-Pack-related updates, that are not going to be used hardly at all anyway, except just for once in a while, just to learn a few words or phrases in another language, Does doing that Slow down the computer in any way ...

Dell 9010, New Win-7-Ult OS just installed, i7 3770, 4gb ram will be upgrading to 12gb or as much as 32gb ram, HD 500gb: is mostly empty.

Solution
No need to install any of these.
Since You have Windows 7 Ultimate yes it comes with around 35 language packs.

Here is how to do it:
Windows update > Optional download > Right click on every language you don't want and chose 'Hide' > do this for every package.
You will never see these again, but it can easily be reversed, no problem..

Ps. I just read you comment and the question about slowing down.
No, Not at all, it will not in any way affect the performance, except if You are running out of disc-space.
Other than that, no problem!

You can still have let say two or three language packs, change between them:
a different language on-screen, another language for the keyboard.
No problem.

I already installed All: 35 language packs, around 3 "all-in-one-multi-language-related" updates," and 1 or 2 IE-11-multi-language-pack updates, along with all of the other security, recommended, and optional updates.

Is it ok to leave all of those in place. Does anything related to any of those language-packs or language-pack-related-updates, end up running in the background, using up PC's: CPU or Ram, in any way ...
