Win 7 wont install

Hello,
i have a new system a monster all parts have been seprately tested all working but my windows 7 disk locks up on install as it starts and i put win 7 to a bootable usb and it bluescreened me whats going on?

Assuming a BIOS reset doesn't work, check in the BIOS and see what the SATA controller is set to, IDE/RAID/AHCI. If it's on AHCI, try IDE.

Seems like a hard drive issue.

I would try different BIOS as well.

Well, the "warning, somethings wrong with your hardware" is usually the raid setup telling you a drive is bad. Kind of weird though since you aren't even running RAID. I guess you could attach it to the other computer and run chkdsk.

downloaded the new hirens ran full test on the hard drive and ram nothing was found bad

It could be faulty USB ports. Have you tried to use different ports and switching the front usb connector on the board, you might try to install from a disk. I think you have a USB issue.

i have both a dvd and a usb iv been trying both and i have been changing ports

thats my problemi cant figure this out my next idea is i rented a device to test all the ports on the MB

I FINALLY FOUND THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

i took my Ram to ACER and they put it in the Machine and found a chip was defective that my home tests did not

(no i am not running an acer in any way)
(the factory is abt 2 min from my house and my step dad manages it)

that was a bit of luck

unusual for it not to show in memtest

main thing is you got there in the end 😀

now its having another problem if i do a download in bittorrent larger that 500MB the whole system freezes and i have to restart

or steam or opera or even a online game launcher just sizes over 500mb
