Win install, error, hardware may not support booting to this disk

I got Intel Nuc and Samsung SSD 850 EVO and I cannot install new windows on this.
I tried both Win 7 and Win 10 and both are giving me this error.
Also updated BIOS just in case.

Sometimes I'll get this error booting up, from fresh after messing around in boot directory.

I went ahead and returned Samsung Evo 850 and bought Crucial BX100 instead.
Install went smoothly, looks like there was some issue with the Samsung SSD.
