Win xp runs smooth in safe mode but hangs everywhere in normal mode

I've a 915 mobo pc loaded win xp. My pc hangs everytime in normal mode but not in safe mode. I think no hardware causes this as it runs well in safe mode. Please help

Must be something about drivers, most of them are disabled in safe mode.

I would start with how many items you have on the startup menue.
Then update the drivers using a driver sweeper to get rid of the old drivers.

Yeah.. but i dont know which driver causes this
