win xp sending fax system problems

every time i send faxes through my computer, never
arrived to their destiny. the system indicate me that the
fax arrived to the recipient addreses sucessfully, but
they told me that never received the fax. What i'm doing
wrong?

How do you know you're doing something wrong? Have you tried talking to the
recipient on the phone while you're attempting to send a fax to him so he
can tell you what his fax machine is doing in the process? Your computer
needs information returned from the receiving modem in order to send. The
fact that the fax is sending means the modem on the receiving end is
acknowledging the data as it's coming from your end. We need to know what
your recipient is seeing.
