Question Win10 and thinkstation s20

Hi. I decided to do a fresh install of windows 10, however when it first boots into windows none of the usb ports work (I'm thinking it's a driver issue). What are my options here? I cannot continue setup without any keyboard or mouse interaction.

Can you please tell if the issue is there during installation, i.e. when you click Install and then select a drive and volume to install Windows, do the keyboard and mouse work at that time?

Update: it was definately windows 10. Installed windows 7 and worked perfect. It happened during the initial setup (ie region selection ect).
