Question win10 can`t recognize mouse

Windows says "USB device not recognized", but its funny because this mouse is pretty new and it worked this morning, I dont know why it won`t work now... even if I connect it to other laptops it still unrecognized(problem is in software 100%!!)

It`s "Aula rigel", but as I said it worked today so drivers was already installed(I tried to uninstall this "unrecognized usb" in device manager but nothing)
