Question Win10 taking 15min to boot up and freezes allot

Hello, so my pc started to be reallyyy slow, and it also randomly freezes which is really anoying, and when i turn the pc on it no joke takes 16minutes to boot into Windows...
And every time it freezes the hdd uage goes to 100% so i think its the hdd.
Please help me i cant live with this lag anymore and i dont have the money to just guess and buy components

Pc specs
Cpu: i7 3770 with the hyper 212x cooler
Gpu: gigabyte gtx 1050 2gb
Ram: 1x4gb ddr3
Hdd: WDC WD5000AAKX-60U6AA0
Motherboard: Asus H61M-K

it will use hdd for virtual memory. and that is slow.

hello so i downloaded that and ran both the quick and extended test and it passed both tests, so the hdd is not the problem?
