You may find this question stupid but I need to know this as my eyes have its own problems and I need to protect my eyes as I'm quite close to my laptop screen it is only way to see clearly. Windows 10 built in night light actually warms the screens? As in plain English? Says "strength of warm" on night light page in Windows Settings>System>Night light. I do not want my laptop screen to be fry or damaged inside.

Thanks

You mean physically heating the screen?
No, it does not do that.

"warm" = warm color
