Win2000 install

I am trying to do a clean install of windows 2000, but after the hard drive is done being formatted and I restart the setup screen doesn't come back on. My hard drive light stays on like it's reading but all I get is a blank screen. Whatz wrong???

that sounds TOTALLY like a hardware issue - NOT the os.

Yeah, could be your system is having trouble with the hard drive.
