Win2k with Creative launcher

Can anybody explain why Creative Launcher always causes Win2K to not claose down correctly. I have been using WIN2k Pro since it's release and have followed it through to the Service Pack 2. However this problem with Creative Launcher is really annoying. It doesnt seem to cause any problems other than when I try to close down the P.C. Any info would be great.

I was going to say the same thing. I've had SB live for about a year. I shut that baby down in about day and never went back.
