Hi,

I have a bluescreen error that is happening on PC that is controlling machine for optical inspection. Because of that this machine is not connected to internet and Windows are not updated.
Error is not always the same. Most common is memory managment. Sometime PC would work for 5 or more days without and problem, but sometime few errors per day

I tried some things but it seems it is not working:

1. Raid disk is installed.. on both disks I get bluescreens
2. Changed RAM memory
3. Updated graphic card.

I am thinking of reinstalling windows but because PC is controlling machine it is not that simple to setup everything ( i have never done it ).

Mind if I ask where you sourced the installer for Windows 7? Can you share the specs to your system? You will also need to make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your motherboard. Using a donor machine, download all the necessary drivers for your platform and transport them using a pen drive in order to install on your current system. most probable that you're undergoing a driver issue.

You could use memtest86 to rule out corrupt/failing memory but given what you've said, you can't afford down time, which has left you in a pickle.

I suppose manufacturer of machine installed windows from CD that i got with machine.
Specs of the sisytem:

Intel Core i7-5820K 3.30 GHz
Asus x99 motherboard
Nvidia Geforce 210
32 GB RAM

Regarding RAM memory, i bought new 4x8 GB. Strange thing is that windows are showing 48bGB?
When I put old RAM (2x16BG) it showes 32.
