I have two machines both running Win7 x64.
I establish a HomeGroup on the machine wired to my ISP router - everything seems to be right.
BUT when I attempt to "JOIN" the existing HomeGroup on my second machine Windows says "no HomeGroup has been established on the network".
Both machines have the same brand/model of wireless network card.
I have:
- ensured the time on both machines is consistent
- tried reversing the order of the machines on which I initially establish the Home Group.....with no change in the Windows response
- left the HomeGroup, on both machines, and tried re-establishing the HomeGroup.......with no change in the Windows response
Does anyone have some advise on a solution to my problem?
