Win7 x64 random freeze help

At first I wanna sory for my bad english.
I have a fresh install of windows 7 pro x64 and I have a very random freezes(mouse and keyboard stop responding(alt+ctrl+del dont working,caps lock light doesnt working ),screen stop responding): sometimes its 2minutes after I turn my pc on,sometimes its20minutes sometimes its couple hours,its freezes when Im playing game,browsing internet and even do nothing but just download a torrent file.I think its working fine in the safe mode.
I had the same problem about 2years ago(at first i was using 32bit but then i upgradem my pc and have to switch to x64 to detect my 8gb ram) and if remeber i solve this freezes by downloading some software to update my drivers but Im not sure cuz i cant remeber exactly.Now I've tried to downloading couple of programs for update my drivers and do some updates but that didnt helped ;/
I've readed a many threads about this and tried:
-prevent windows from disabling my devices due to power saving(in device manager and in control panel in power section
-disable aero peek
-disable internet explorer
-disable lan in bios
-run windows update and downloaded updates
-downloaded latest graphic card drivers
-scan for malware
-unplug and plug back in my mouse,keyboard,ram
-download microsoft hotfix: http://support.microsoft.com/hotfix/KBHotfix.aspx?kbnum=2575077&kbln=en-us
And I really dont know what to do,I still think that this is some drivers issue like pcie or usb
I've readed that someone fix this by updating acpix64-based-PC and pci ide controller but when i go to driver manager and try to update in by search online it says that i have the best drivers for this already
I've also readed somewhere that usb hub attached to keyboard resolved this problem for someone D: Please help Im running uot of ideas how to fix this and the funniest thing is that I already fixed this porblem 2years ago and now i dont cleary remeber how(but still think that i resolve this back then thanks to program who updated my drivers)
My specs: graphic card radeon hg6950 2gb
motherboard gigabyte GA-870A-USB3L (AMD 770/870 (RX780) + SB810/SB850)
2x 4gb ram
AMD Phenom(tm) II X6 1100T Processor
Processor speed 3315 MHz
Pleasy help anyone because I'm considering to get rid 1 of my ram and install win7 32 and be happy with only 4gb of ram 🙁

1) Update the newer AMD chipset driver. http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/raid_windows.aspx
2) Update the BIOS to F4 version. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3801#bios
3) Do you use regular HDD or SSD for the win7? If use the SSD also update the SSD firmware too.
4) Last thing to try which is to repair the win7 using the method: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/toolsofthetrade/ss/windows-7-startup-repair.htm

Thanks for a reply.I've already downloaded and instaled amd chipset driver and radi driver from your link and still got freezes.
How to update my bios? I've tried do this befor from the same link you gave me but when i unpack downloaded file and run FLASHSPI I got an error ''This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or an x64 (64-bit) version of the program''
And this may be stupid question but how can I check which one Im using HDD or SDD?
I still think that the problem is with some default drivers on windows,because if I remeber corretly a long time ago when I installed my windows after instalation I didnt have to instal my network drivers from my cd(airlive wt-200pci) and I have the internet but know i had to do this so maybe in my ver of windows theres some lack of basic drivers.

hi there
go another direction.
check with memtest your memory RAM.
let it run for some hours.
then check with your HD for bad sectors, yes, bad sectors.
you can do that with a program called HD regenerator or somthing like that/
but first, open your case, and check to see that the cooling system
and heat sink are clean and your fan works fine.
and take a look at the motherboard capacitors,
see that none got fat or even exploded and leaked.

My ram,hd,fan,motherboard are all fine because everything worked ok untill 2 days I've made a format of c drive and installed new fresh windows,so my computer isnt the problem

I've updated my wireless adapter drivers and so far 5h withouth freeze(my record was 4h) so Im hoping that problem is solved I'll let u know tommorow if I get any freeze

Windows 7 Professional 64 bit: This FIX works. Please Let me know if it works for you. My computer also freezes randomly. My fix was to misdirect the BIOS. What I did was:
1. entered BIOS on boot up and instructed it to boot from a USB drive and not the HHD - I made that misdirection in two places.
2. when the computer boots it now says "no operating system found - press CTRL-ALT-DEL"
3. the next thing to do is manually direct the boot up to the hard drive. Your machine may require "Press F9" or "Press F12".
4. I direct boot up to the proper HHD and I have not had a freeze since.

Don't know why it works for me, but it does. Ron
