Hello! I ordered Windows 10 Home 64 Bit DVD OEM - Windows 10 Home License - English, 1 PC. As I understand this means I can install it and licence will be tied to my motherboard?

Basically, by definition of an OEM license(as there are some debates online) it means you can't transfer it to a new PC. It is rooted to your current PC and you'll have to buy a new one if there is any large hardware changes or you want to move to a new PC.

Is it possible to change my SSD disk, where it is installed, if something hapens to it?

With previous versions of Windows, OEM software meant that it was tied to the first hardware (motherboard) it was installed on. With Windows 10, Microsoft has eased up that restriction by allowing users to tie the Digital License to a Microsoft Account instead: Reactivating Windows 10 after a hardware change
