Window 10 april update, ram installed is not all usable

Window 10 April update, i installed a 6 gb ram but it is written than only 1.98 gb is usable. I felt that my computer is slower, does it really uses the 1.98 gb instead of 6 gb? Someone pls help me on how to fix this problem.

Are you using a 32bit version of Windows?
