Window 10 desktop not responding after logging

Hi guys, i encounter a problem these days which is my desktop not responding after logging in and it will only respond slowly after 10~15 minutesDuring the waiting time I cant even open a folder.Recently my mouse pointer lag when i moved it.Can i know what happened to my laptop?

Try doing a clean boot - it will tell you if delay caused by windows or a start up program. If delay still happens, its not a start up program. If its gone, gradually add startup programs till you find the cause

Disconnect all extra USB devices or speakers or any extra devices attached to PC before startup and see if it helps. It can be caused by a device not responding to explorer and causing it to wait an eternity before it gives you control.

Hi colif Thx for the reply i do a clean boot and the delay is gone
but i am getting an error which is Explorer.exe - System Warning dialog with "Unknown Hard Error"
Is it a big problem?
