I have an AcerOne netbook with windows 7 starter. How can I change the Ip address so that my printer can print to the Acer One?Thanks

Your questions is not very clear.
If I understand it correctly, you are trying to print wirelessly (using WiFi) from your Acer Netbook to your WiFi enabled printer.
If that is what you are trying to do, you can download the printer driver from manufacturer's website and install your printer by choosing the option for WiFi connectivity.
