Window 7 to Window 7 networking issue

Hello,

Now, I'm in Korea. and I'm trying to connect network in China by using VPN.
My PC is using window 7. And the PC in China is using window 7.
These two PCs is not connecting. no ping and no remote connection.
I hope to connect two PCs by using UltraVNC.
I don't know why these are not connecting.

But, the PC using window XP in same network from China is connected.
And These PCs are connected NAS and DB server in network from China.

Please let me know how to solve this problem.

Just so i am clear on it, you have a PC in korea PC-K, and you have a pc with win 7 in China PC-C7 and pc on the exact same network location in china PC-CXP. You can connect to PC-CXP but not PC-C7.

Have you configured port forwarding for PC-C7 correctly?
Can PC-CXP connect to PC=C7 via VNC?
