Window 7 won't boot

Dell Latitude running Windows 7. Computer froze up last night. Won't boot and keep wanting to run system repair loop. I booted from the system installation disk to get to the repair options. The system repair option did not work. When it gives me the option of the operating system to select it shows 0MB under Partion column. Also tried to fix using a prior system point but it's showing none.

Any thoughts?

It seems that you have somehow accidentally formatted the partition of your hard drive(s), or it's simply showing an error, in this case, try and re-install Windows 7 or Try the new Windows 8.1 to see if that fixes any remaining issues, one last question, have you got any important files on the hard drive?

Probably a bad hdd. Run dells hdd diagnostics.
