Window keeps flashing for a second

Hello community,

for 3 days now a random windows pops up every now and then (~ once/hour) and closes immediately. It is so short that I can't even see a name or anything at all.

I did a complete system check via Avast, checked the Task Manager for unusual applications running in the backround and cleaned the Registry but this phenomenon is still there.

I read threads about similar problems but all the solutions given didn't help me.

Every form of help is appreciated, because this thingy is pretty annoing...

Thank you very much, this helped (as it seems after a few hours of testing).
But do you have an idea why this started so randomly? I have this pc for 3 months now and I updated nothing windows related recently...

And sorry for this pretty unnecessary thread, but I didn't search for anything command-window-related, because I had no clue what program this is.

This is related to the recent Windows regular monthly update.
Has affected a LOT of people, incl myself.
