Hello,
I had to install a new hard drive in my Dell 1440 laptop and before doing this I could play my window media center but not after installing the new hard drive I am unable to use my media center. Eerytime I try to set it up it say "It cannot configure because a tv tuner is not detected. I want to know do I have to purchase a tuner or what. I am running Window7 64bits. Thanks in advance for all help

Yes I did. I had them to send me a copy of the disk, cuz when I purchase the laptop there was not one in the packaging.

Sounds like your trying to setup tv on it without a tuner or without drivers for your tuner. Just dont setup the tv part if you have no tuner.

Thank for ur help. Can u help me with this part, can I purchase a internal tuner for this laptop and if so could you recommend a site I can purchase one from.
