[SOLVED] Window size/location Changes After Each Unlock/Wake Up

After every single time I wake up Windows 10 or unlock it, it will never remember my window sizes and locations. It always shoves them to the left and make them smaller.

Is there a way to fix this? I've tried a registry edit substituting the default x and y resolutions to my monitor's, but it did not fix the problem.

Thank you for your time in advance.

Solution
Open an Explorer window. Click on "File" in the menu bar, or press ALT then F if it is not visible. Select "Change folder and search options." Go to "View." Click "Reset Folders." This should cause Windows 10 to reset its memory of window sizes, then save later on.

Sorry for the late reply. I had not replied because for some strange reason, all the windows started staying put shortly after I posted this. If it happens again, I will test your troubleshooting step. I will keep the thread open just in case it doesn't work, but I will close it in due time regardless. Thank you.

I have found this happens when switching between multiple inputs when Windows is still running. I have multiple devices hooked up to my monitor and apparently Windows shrinks the virtual state to what ever resolution the other device is using and does not correctly revert back most of the time.
