window xp, can\'t be booted

My computer window XP can,t be booted. Screen only shows that window root,window 32 /Hal.DLL is damaged.can u inform me how to solve it.

You may have to enter setup (f2) during boot & make CD 1st boot device.
Boot from Windows CD and repair-install the OS.

The problem was just solved.Anyway, u are very helpful in this suituation-Thanks a lot-
