Question Windows 10 21H2 LTSC automatically deletes services/drivers upon restart.

Hello dear users and experts of Tom's Hardware.
I have Windows 10 LTSC 21H2 (19041.191206-1406) downloaded and installed from Microsoft MSDN, after installing apps like zentimo xstorage manager, windows automatically uninstalls service for this app, so I have to re-install after every reboot, it keeps deleting even drivers (for example diskeeper) making these apps unusable until I reinstall them. However that does not happen with Pro editions. Also my windows is officially licensed.
I also tried to use earlier releases (down to 22.03), I verified hashes after downloading, I used Rufus V4.2 to write ISO.

As my hardware is old (HP Envy DV7-7306ED) other releases(updates) newer than 06-23 makes my system unstable, especially after sleep/hibernation, it takes from 5m. and up to 1h. to fully recover from sleep, especially after hibernation, it really laggy sometimes(almost freezing), also it has the same issues as I described above, so I have no reason to update it.
