Question Windows 10 32bit "Stop code: Irql not less or equal"

Hi! I'm back with yet another question. I have an old toshiba satelitte pro m70 32bit arch. Anyway I'm trying to install windows 10 32bit but as soon as the setup process begins i get this error:

Stop code: IRQL not less or equal

.

I've had a look online but I cant find anything that fit's my current predicament, any geniuses out there who can help me?

Thanks USAFRET but that doesn't answer my question. I'm more than familiar with Linux at some point I've tried at least 70 percent of distros. I love Linux but that doesn't help me with my current issue.
4gb ram 256 ssd.

4GB RAM is significantly more than it came with.
Was it running with this before?

And what CPU?
