Windows 10 AMD Drivers for X1550

Hi, so recently my GTX 560 TI died... now I have to go back to my old Radeon X1550. The problem is, I can't get my screen resolution higher then 1024x768 on Windows 10. Does anyone know drivers for the Radeon x1550 or the way to still get the resolution up? I'm using an Samsung U32E850R 4k monitor... Help!

Not going to happen. Get a new graphics card, the GTX750ti can be had for <$100 and will run your 4K monitor better than the 560Ti ever did!

Thanks! I'll sure go and get myself a GTX 750ti! cuz it's 60 euros in the netherlands(an radeon x1550 here is 40 euros)
