Hi, for quite a while i've got a mouse from connect it, its called biohazard (link: http://www.connectit-europe.com/en/product/gaming-mouse-biohazard/). It worked for few months for my laptop, then it stopped working at all with only being lit after being plugged in, and windows 10 saying that the device was not recognized.
Now, i've got a desktop. The problem is almost the same - with the exception that it works a bit. But, it has some kind of a cooldown or what. When i plug it in in some usb ports, it works for a minute or two, windows says that the device is "smart mouse". But soon after, it says that the device was not recognized. When i try to replug it, it stays not recognized. Only after up to a day or two it works for one or two minutes, and then again stops being recognized.
What to do with it? Power settings does not work - such as other usb ports, usb hub, reinstalling usb controllers,.. I've had similar one on a laptop when it had win 8, that worked (sometimes required switching ports, but worked).
