Question Windows 10 and Graphics

Greetings All,

I need a little info please. I need some insight before I purchase a AMD ATI Radeon HD 7450 2GB VGA HDMI DVI PCI-E PCI e 3.0 Video Card

My PC Info:

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
16 Ram (2-8GB Sticks)
PSU: ThermalMaster ATX1`2V Max Output Power 500w
AMD FX-8320E Eight Core Processor 3.20 GHz

I surf the Net, Facebook, Youtube, Some Office Work.......I may play Nintendo 64 once I get a better monitor. I do NOT play online gaming at all. All I need to know is will this be a decent card for PC using windows 10? I cannot upgrade to Windows 20H2 because my integrated ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics is ancient history to Windows.

I cannot upgrade to Windows 20H2 because my integrated ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics is ancient history to Windows.

That is not the reason.
I have much older and cheesier systems on 20H2.

I wish my cheap system would work with it. Once I had 20H2 loaded, but my graphics was whacked out, I reverted back to v. 1909. Now, my Windows Update doesn't even see 20H2. I am sure it is somethings else and I'll get it figured out.

I had read my Radeon 3000 would not work with windows 10. There has not been an update to this card for quite a while. I would like to get a decent card, as I try to figure out the update!
