I just got my new computer up and running. But I cannot access the internet. According to this, http://www.tp-link.com/en/article-15587.html, my adaptor, the WN881ND, is plug and play. Does that mean it does not need drivers to work? If so, why isn't it working?

Hi,

According to TP Link's Support site yes it should be plug and play.
- First do connect your PC hardwired and run Windows Update and install all updates available and see if it would work.
- If it doesn't work, do download and install TPLink Utility.
- Here's the link: http://www.tp-link.com/resources/software/TL-WN881ND_V1_Utility.zip
- Once installed do use this manual on how to connect wireless using the Utility.
