Windows 10 apps not working

I reset my PC to a earlier update hoping to fix another problem. However a couple days later I noticed my apps like calculator and calendar were not working. I tried to re-update I guess you could say, and it says my PC is up to date. I've tried several powershell commands, all have failed. I also tried to reset but I get the endless loop and have to shutoff and reboot through bios and it sends the reset to failure.

What happens when calculator and calendar are opened? Do they not open? They have an error message?

No error just instantly crashes

Open cmd prompt (run as administrator) and type in
sfc /scannow

Depending on what your system is doing, it might ask to do it after you restart. But either way, restart when it's completed. From there, open another cmd prompt window (run as administrator) and type in the command below; restart after that as well.
chkdsk /f


After both of these tools have been ran, try again and let us know.

Only other thing left that I can think of then is to reinstall Windows if you want those particular programs to work. It's obvious there are some corruptions somewhere and reinstalling the OS for sure will take care of those.

Please try to factory restore your computer on the back date when it was working fine. your windows will start working fine.
