Solution
did you look at the link, it has more suggestions

in command prompt with admin rights, copy this in:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

if it returns an error saying "cannot find source files"
you will need to download a copy of the Win 10 ISO from here: win 10 media creation tool

mount that ISO in file explorer (see: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3579-iso-img-file-mount-unmount-windows-10-a.html)

and then copy this into command prompt (and swap the X for the drive letter assigned to ISO
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:WIM:X:\Sources\Install.wim:1 /LimitAccess

Where "X" is the drive letter where the ISO is located. Simply change the "X" to the correct drive letter

Once DISM ios...
have you tried the windows update troubleshooter as Store uses same download method as windows update.

in a command prompt with admin rights
type SFC /Scannow and press enter

this may fix system restore

if it still fails, you might be best trying a reset
