[SOLVED] Windows 10 apps won['t open on one User account

For some reason apps like Edge, Chrome and other apps won't open at all. They start to launch but basically they open a White window and then there is a spinning circle icon and then the app closes. This happens with every app. I can get into Settings, Disk management and the basic operations of the computer just fine but I can't open any app and use it. This is only happening with one user account and totally fine on another and this just started today which is even more strange as this user account I've had working totally fine for the last two years. I can't even uninstall apps with this user account either. What is going on?

Sounds like that users profile is corrupted or has been messed with (turned stuff of that needed to stay on).
Make a new one if you don't have a backup where it worked.
