Honestly idk what else to do found out I "might" have the skylake ( i5-6400 ) bug did the prime 95 test no errors, left the computer on all night with no programs on only the prime 95 program, didn't hang up at all, but when I added OBS 32bit ( purpose of this computer is console streaming meaning [ I use a elgato game capture HD ] Skype, computer locks up and I have to hard reset.

I try and update the latest bios because I read they fixed it, I download it and put it on a usb and ez flash 2 says the file isn't BIOS. I've renamed the file M32CD.ROM and then it doesn't appear on the usb

I've had this computer for 3 days and I don't want to return it yet.

I don't know what you downloaded but Asus uses '.cap' files now.
Open the zip file you download and then extract the cap file to your flash drive and try again
