Windows 10 Audio and Video Freezes randomly and crashes without blue screen

Been happening for a bit and kind of an odd situation. Not sure what hardware or software is doing it but we finally got an event viewer error log. Any ideas?

There is no specific game or software being played or used when it crashes, it just does it when it wants to...
