Windows 10 Audio issue!

As the title says!

and I have put this question up twice before, but I've received no answers.

I have a major issue that's completely NOT what I want as a Music Producer!

"Scenario";
-I start up my pc
-I login
-I launch FL Studio 12
(Sound works fine so far)
-I start making som music for a while
-Then the audio on my pc randomly stutter and the sound is off for a second...
Then it comes back on but everything is f'n DISTORTED and SLOW... Even youtube videos are slow.

I have tried with different headphones and I have even formatted my pc completely but no luck there.

Please help.

(I am using an external SoundCard: Scarlett 2i2
and I'm using the
KRK Rokit 6 Speakers and the Krk Subwoofer 10s.

I have:

i7 5820k
x99 MSI sli plus
32 gigs of hyperX Fury Black
2x Geforce Gtx 970 G1 Gaming (in sli)
Corsair RM 1000 PSU

I was thinking maybe it's PSU issue, but that shouldn't be the case with that corsair.
First, try disabling the integrated audio in the BIOS.
If that doesn't help, go through this guide: https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/mediaq/2015/07/30/windows-10-audio-troubleshooting-tips/

This is all assuming you are on the latest drivers. If you are not, upgrade them all. MB, GPU, audio etc
