OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2015 LTSB Evaluation 64 bit
Version 10.0.10240 Build 10240
System Model HP ProOne 400 G1 AiO
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4590T CPU @ 2.00GHz
4GB of RAM, 450GB HDD storage.

This is an all-in-one PC and it's the property of the college I'm attending. I work as a TA for CS classes and I use this for my workshops. During the first one it randomly shut down after an hour. I didn't go black or anything ,it just went to the blue "shutting down" screen, and turned off, like someone and clicked the shutdown button. It was not abrupt. After another hour, it happened again.

After the workshop I decided to time it and sure enough it turns off once every 60 minutes. The few apps that run on startup are familiar programs that I have on my home pc and it does not cause this. I've tried having a look at the power options but even after setting it to high performance, and disabling any sleep or shutdown feature it still happens. I am 100% sure this is a software issue, and I have not the slightest idea of how to fix this, other than a clean install.

I can't contact IT due to various complicated reason, they will not work on this pc. I can get another one but 1) it will be tedious to move all the stuff I have here 2)I want to actually fix this thing, it is very annoying.

It is worth mentioning that all PCs on campus have deepfreeze, which is intended to wipe whatever the user has done after using the PC, but my friend disabled it on this PC, but the service is still running. One time I ended the task for it but it still shut down so I'm fairly certain deepfreeze is not turning off the PC after one hour, also it does not do this on any PC nor does it have the functionality to do so, as far as I know.

Help would be highly appreciated, thank you!

I see you're using a 2015 evaluation copy of Windows. It sounds like you may have an expired Insider version. If so, you'll need a more current version because after an Insider version passes the expiration date, what you're experiencing will happen. Click Start and type WINVER to check the expiration date.

1) I did, and it's rather irrelevant to go into why they refused. They said it's fine if I fix it. 2) It technically is my temporary property, I'm the only person with access to it. 3) It's not a laptop. 4) I have been asked to fix a few of them before, but it was more trivial things such as a printer not connecting.

"Check the PSU". For what? It's not a power issue, it turns off in a non-abrupt way, it has nothing to do with the power supply.
