Hi everyone!

I'm having problems with Windows 10 if someone can help i appreciate.

On the last week i turned on my pc as usual but i got a "Preparing for automatic repair" message, then i got a blue screen with the message "Automatic Repair couldnt fix (...)" And the options to Restart or Advanced Options.

I clicked on advanced and restored my system to a saved Restore Point and everything ran ok that day. On the next day the samething happened, and again i could restore it to a RP. But one day after the last restore, the same happened but now all my system restore points was lost and i couldnt do as the last time and now im stuck in a Automatic Repair (failed) loop.

Already ran chkdsk /r /x and /f (different combinations) and it says 0 problems found and no actions is needed. I ran dism checkhealth and no corruptions found. On the SrtTrail.txt log points out that the system tried multiple times but was not able to detect the problem. Looks like there is absolutely no problem at all but i cant pass the Automatic Repair loop, and im unable to boot on Windows, tried even Safe Mode and the same loop happens... I have a lot of things on my disc so im trying not to reinstall windows and loose my apps/files, can someone help me please?

Also tried repluging the SSD and RAM sticks.

Thank you!

If you can backup and don't mind the answer of reinstalling win 10, it could be the fastest answer as that srttrail.txt file is hard to fix sometimes.

Use the media creation tool to create a USB
change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
follow this guide: http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/1950-windows-10-clean-install.html

when you reach the screen asking for licence, click "I don't have a key" and win 10 will continue to install and reactivate once finished

On the screen where you choose where to install win 10, if it gives you an error about GPT drives, delete all the partitions on the hdd and press next. If it still gives error, cancel out of the installer and restart PC and start installer again...
Try making this on another PC: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/use-ubuntu-live-cd-to-backup-files-from-your-dead-windows-computer/ copy all the data off you can't afford to lose.

You telling me about SrtTrail.txt tells me a reset is also likely to not work. running system restore two days in a row is a worry

Also, on another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - its just a boot disc for now. Easier to use than going through the advanced menu of the boot loop

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type diskpart and press enter
type list disk and press enter
this shows all drives available
type list vol and press enter
this will show all the partitions

can you give us a screen shot of this command prompt window?

Right, i took a photo, hope you can read, i'm brazillian so i tried to translate a few things for you in a copy of the photo but im sending the original too.

In the mean while i'm making the live ubuntu to make a backup, maybe i should consider reinstalling windows after the backup i have a work i gotta finish today...
