Windows 10 blocking several applications

For some reason, windows 10 blocks essential applications in my computer.
Whether it's the setup OR the application itself.
For example, Comodo, My router's application(SharePort), etc.
So I want to find a way to make an exception and overwrite these blocks.
Any recommended way?

you simply can't. MS blocked comodo because it has the ability to block everything MS collects from your computer, losing money. a lot of applications also went to the grave because are too old and won't run even in compatibility mode, but mostly, everything with the ability to block windows telemetry and data collection got blocked by MS.
