Occasionally when playing StarWars Battlefront 3 , I'll get a blue screen of death that says: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. some people say I need to clear BIOS to factory defaults, but I don't think its a problem. The only thing changed in the BIOS is my 4.5Ghz 4690k OC. But I ran OCCT for 6.5Hr without ANY errors. it ran really smooth except for one or two lag spikes. Any ideas? Also CHKDSK and SFC /Scannow do get errors.

Solution
Someone mark this is as solved: I was able to fix this, but typing in Administrator CMD DISM /online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup. Then I downloaded Microsoft's WIndows 10 Media creation tool and re-updated to Windows 10. This did not affect my files nor most of my settings.
You said that chkdsk also comes back with errors? I assume that your OS is on your ARC100?

Have you tried a complete re-install? Meaning when you install Windows you delete all the partitions first, then recreate them and install Windows. The partition delete can be done right inside the Windows installer.

Ok, I'll try that. But chkdsk is fine. I was able to correct it. It is SFC with issues. And yes I have my OS, A few games, and some small other programs on my arc100. I got a really good deal on Craigslist for it, but it's probably just coincidence

OK, must have missed where you said that the chkdsk error corrected itself.

Say making new partitions probably won't fix this problem. Have you tried reading the SMART data for the SSD? Something like Crystal Disk Info will tell you if there is a problem with the drive.

It's worth a try. A OS refresh leaves the partition table alone. I assume it's the only thing you haven't tried, as you've only done refreshes and not clean installs on fresh made partitions.

So when you get to the install phase, select Custom and when asked where to install Windows, you should see your partitions (probably two) highlight each partition on your SSD and delete them so that all you're left with is one entry in that window showing all unallocated space. You might want to have any other drives disconnected just so you don't accidentally delete any other partitions on other drives.

Then highlight the drive and click New, just leave it at the maximum size. It will say that it needs to make a system reserved partition, let it, and the install should proceed.

Of course before you start all of this, you should have a backup of anything that you need off of this drive.

Well I'm not saying that this is going to work for sure, but it'll eliminate one more thing.

The BSOD's I'm thinking are from the overclock. The OS corruption could have happened from the restarts, but it's seems pretty persistent according to you. Hopefully this will help.

Keep us posted here on how you make out.
